Because my instructions are digital and downloadable, I do not offer returns or refunds unless I can see that you have not yet attempted to download the items from the website.

The refund window for my product is 7 days after your purchase. If you have not downloaded the product, please email me within 1 week and I will process a refund to the same payment method that the purchase was made from.
